The introductory exercise was to write down three things about yourself in a notebook, and then pass the notebook around the room and have everybody write a comment or a question on the page. It was fascinating to get that feedback from a group of people, some of whom I knew and some of whom I didn&#8217;t. <\/p>\n<p>I went ahead and answered the questions asked in that exercise in a doc, and it gave me a good chance for self-reflection, so I thought I would throw it open to everybody else that follows me. Think of it as an asynchronous (non-real-time) <A href=http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Reddit#IAmA_and_AMA>Reddit-style Ask Me Anything<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p><A href=https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1UtxPpHytW-UethC3JWi4H9YCI2ygiEMgX10-t8GDtko\/edit#heading=h.e4cb6dvv675>Here&#8217;s the doc<\/a> &#8211; it should be editable by anyone, so add any comments or questions you&#8217;d like to it, and I&#8217;ll answer when I get a chance.
