The Management Innovation Exchange (aka MIX) looks like an interesting project. It’s a collaboration between McKinsey, London Business School and a couple companies like Dell, with the idea being to open source ideas about management. It’s unclear yet whether it will attract a critical mass of community to discuss ideas (so far, the curation looks weak), but given my long-standing interest in different management structures, I plan to stick around for a while offering up ideas. I’ve already written one post there about the challenges of communication within an organization, and plan to do a couple more this week. Check it out!

I noticed you mentioned Liaden Universe TM books by Sharon Lee and Steve Miller. Fledgling and Saltation are out, Mouse and Dragon is too and Ghost Ship – the sequel to I Dare!!! – is out next year. Enjoy~~

I wonder what will cover that management innovation. Based on the tie up of a company and a school, I’m pretty sure that they will produce a positive result.

I would ask that you visit my blog on management related topics and offer an opinion.
Experts? For every ten experts who say “do this”, you have ten experts who say, “do that”. Then someone else will come up with ten experts who say, “do something else.” Another ten experts wil say, “they’re all right”. And other who will say, “they’re all wrong”. And another who will say, “who’s to say what’s right or wrong?” And a facilitator who will say, “There’s no I in team!”
